ORVIETO is beautiful, take a 10-18mm for around town, and 18-135 and have fun. The Cathedral is awesome, but they now charge to enter, maybe 4 EU

My last trip I took my 70D and my 10-18mm and Tamron 16-300. It covered all the bases. For you I would eliminate on of the 2 f/2.8 lens, you have 24-120 & 24-70. either will do the trick while in the city.

I have no idea, which way is better, make a copy of the original, then do the crop both ways, and check results.

even though I am a Canon shooter, any of the current DSLR's or Mirrorless are good. The difference is usually the person holding the camera

It isn't hard to do, and your equipment looks like it will cover every option.
Since you are a DAD, think about what you would love to see in an album, and also ask your daughter for her suggestions. I did my nieces wedding and they turned out great. Just remember to stay out of the way and look for your angles, for lighting and best composition

I have been to both and Krakow has a larger OLD TOWN area, and then next to it, is the huge castle. across from the green area.

Warsaw was destroyed in the war and had to be rebuilt, but the old town area is nice, but the one area you must visit is the soldiers memorial, that honors the Freedom fighters.

walking around small towns 10-18MM Canon
while on the ship on the river I use the 16-300mm Tamron

When I take Santa photo's at our YMCA
I use the 24-105 'L', set at 40mm

I would think the 100-400 would be enough, I have been there, and you will get some great close-ups

I have owned the 16-300 and have it mounted on my Canon 70D. it is an excellent lens and I took it to Italy last year, the photo's were awesome, I like the wide end of 16mm.

I am in the process of evaluating my upgrade, and since I do not shoot sports, I am going with the 6D MK2, as I already own 3 FF lens. So all I need is the body
