Night's- I have 2 golden retrievers that love to travel with me wherever I go as much as I enjoy their coming with me. When I need to leave them in the car, at times for longer than an hour, I naturally roll the windows down but not so far someone can reach in and eventually steal my "children". I also leave a bowl of water for them. A sun screen is pulled over the inside of the windshield.
Even with these measures I think 80 degrees is the limit I would leave my Goldens locked the car. Even this wasn't good enough for 1 lady ay that had me running to answer an overhead page as I was shopping at an antique store. My dogs were totally fine!
She rushed in to be the "concerned" citizen without assessing my dogs or the condition they were left in.
My point in all of this is please - use a little common sense before jumping to conclusions. Barring that then please keep your nose out of foreign places...

You don't like sugar... is that what you are saying? I do. I like sugar and I like salt. So tell me, what business is that of yours? Who are you to tell people what foods to eat? What kind of people watch movies about food and become scared?

Dude! Can we talk about welfare and supporting those who choose to procreate like rabbits rather than responsibility and self support? It's the same problem...there are a h+++ of a lot less of us paying for those who either cannot or will not take responsibility for the outcomes of poor choices. Our standard of living has taken a nose dive in case you aren't aware. Health care costs are going to be a significant part of bankrupting this economy. Obesity leads to diabetes..to high blood pressure .. to amputations..to joint replacements..to social security disability payments...the point is one's actions have wide spreading consequences. I for one don't care to be supporting anymore people that can't or won't support themselves because of self destructive behaviors.

I cannot believe the anger coming from JC56!! Saying that someone's earnest opinion is drivel and then telling them to go and take some pics is disturbing to say the least. I for one am very glad I don't have to associate with you in any other manner than this forum!

Pat, Do you have the discs and users manual that came with the camera? Anything else included with the D7100?
Thanks,

Hi All. I am very new to photography and this site. Read it almost religiously for the tips and learning opportunities. I am puzzled why anyone would be so despicable as to try and pass off someone else's work as their own- especially when the chance of being found out is relatively high. Are they trying to make money from them or is their self-esteem so low that they need plagiarism for a boost?

I'm not sure but I think the rationale is somewhere along the lines of possibly damaging the gears if the lense focus is manually moved while n the auto mode... Could be way off base but I do think I read it somewhere on one of my zoom lenses info packets.
