Noting the Trump received at least 1.2 million fewer v**es than Clinton the Daily KOS is launching State campaigns to assign their e*******l college v**es on the basis of the popular v**e. The Constitution does not define how the several States cast their e*******l college v**es so no Constitutional amendment is necessary. Just State statutes would suffice in most States, but some States have enshrined their e*******l college v**es in their State Constitutions.

As we go forward it will be interesting to see how Trumps approval rating goes.
