But then who gives a ratz Azz,if some goof is offended? Must we always WORRY that some one might be offended? HELL NO!! RJM
A lot has changed and most of it not for the better. I'm getting so tired of this PC BS it makes me sick.
No matter what you say, someone, somewhere, will be offended. Many have given their lives for us to say what we want. It's up to everyone else to hear what they want to and let others do the same.
My god people, use your freakin' brains. Stop letting all of the loud mouths do your thinking for you.
Peace out, Bill

That's a pretty commanding lead as far as marketshare goes. Who makes up the rest of the market, and at what percentages, if you know?
Thanks.
You do realize that this thread is about 3 years old....?

They should stop beating their dead horse just because it is obvious that most people DO care!
The Street Photography section, despite all the claims made back when it was started, has been very popular and highly successful. And that is true for the reasons I articulated at the time the section was started.
The naysayers were clearly very mistaken!
The vast majority here know that your version of street photography is a joke at the very least. Even the most deluded will find at least a few followers.
Where you are there is very little opportunity for "real" street photgraphy so, you have taken the stance that pretty much anything can be considered street photography. You have personally taken it upon yourself to redefine what street photography is. All of us here that know you, know that your skills are acedemic at best (and even some of that is way off) and your skills at actually using a camera to capture quality images is almost noneistant.....pathetic!!!!
I have saved this post because you wou likely delete it.

I’m not a buyer but wanted to say I enjoyed looking at your shots on Flickr.
Thank you! I'm glad you like them. I enjoyed making them.
Living where I live makes it extremely difficult to find any good places to really take advantage of this lens so, I'm selling it. My expectations were very high for this lens and those expectations were not only met, but exceeded. This lens is so incredibly sharp and really shines at 600mm were others fall short when maxed. ***view my flikr page for a few examples*** Note: The Humming Bird head shot is a very good example of how sharp this lens is. The image is from about 15' and very heavily cropped. All bird and duck photos a with this lens, some from very far away.
It's in mint condition and I will include a Movo Gimbal Head that I bought to use with this lens. Make no mistake...it's heavy. However, I feel it's performance makes it will worth lugging around. I am leaving the strap on it because you do not what the weight of this lens hanging from your camera and it's a little tricky to install. I also wrap the srap around the gimbal as a safety measure. I also included a generic 105mm lens cap for certain situations.
I will be more than happy to talk on the phone to answer any question. Just PM your number or I will PM you mine
I'm asking $1,550 which includes the Gimbal, shipping CONUS and I will absorb the PP fees (PayPal preferred) other payment methods will be considered. Please, no lowball offers. This price is more than fair as it is. "Reasonable" offers considered.
Thank you for looking
BTW, if anyone cares to visit my flickr page, please view at the largest possible, to full appreciate what I was trying to achieve visually.

Well. Good to have you back, although I think I know what you mean. M
I'm not certain how back I am yet. Though I feel fairly sure I'm not gone. For various reasons I have switched to other interest, but can not imagine this kind of photography not being a part of me. The lack of subject due to the draught and other life distractions have caused a pause in photography....temporarily no doubt.

I have nailed a few and it is an exciting moment - consistency is the problem with moving and tiny macro subjects. I have always enjoyed your macro posts.
Yes, non static subjects can be a challenge to say the least.
And, thank you Brenda. I have really enjoyed you growth, specially you humor and enthusiasm over the time we shared here.

Yikes, any one of them could nail you.... no EXIF information.... camera? lens?
EXIF data is intact on the first. It's missing on the Jumper because it's a Handheld stack of 3 or 4 images.
If you care to scroll through my flickr photos, all the info should be there. Let me know if it isn't and I will try to provide it.
Thank you. It all started here with Douglass as the first to blame
