The problem with home owners is the deductible involved. If your home is insured for 300,000 your deductible will be substantially high before you collect a dime on the loss. I've checked it out.

I bought the printer early last year. I have version 12 PSE. It receives no updates from ADOBE do to its age. It was old when I bought my previous printer PIXMA 7120 but PSE shows it in color management.
I'm using windows 7 OS. The printer was installed properly on the Dell computer and no problem printing documents. Black or color. When printing within PSE, it appears in the "select printer", it does not show up in "color management" drop down box
I bought a new Canon printer, TR8622, and Photoshop Elements 12 apparently does not see it in color management. when I go to print It's in "select printer", but in color management its not listed in printer profile drop down. It list several canon printers but not the 8600 series. Any thought on how to add the profile?
Thanks for the suggestion, I've tried all that, as well as other trouble shooting tricks with no luck. Only hope is a new print head, but that's an expensive Longshot.
I flushed the ink ports and the head with a 1/4" hose till the water ran clear. Tip from YouTube. Still no luck
Thanks for your reply. I found the same problem with supply. Walmart has n TR8622, might get. Found a print head from Wish for 29.00 but heard discouraging things about them.
