Tom G, it couldn't have been said better!
It is a beautiful dog. I've owned three Danes, two of which were fawns. They're wonderful dogs, but their life expediency is way too short. Also I'd like to add, I believe the practice of surgically altering dogs, i.e., docking tails and cropping ears is a cruel and barbaric practice. Not only should it not be allowed in AKC dog shows, but be outlawed completely.
The first photo, "the bomber" service station was here in Milwaukee, Oregon. The story about Mr. lacy purchasing the plane (I believe in 1947 in Oklahoma) and flying it back to Oregon, with very little flying experience and no navigation skills, is quite fascinating. (As was the man himself) The plane was dismantled and takin away just last year, to be restored. It's a landmark that us old native Oregonians will always remember, and now miss. RIP Mr. Lacy
I have a collection of antique lighters, some are quite small. I've found that kerosine works just as well as lighter fluid,
and lasts much longer in the small lighters. Pretty cheap too!
Wow, photography snobbery. I agree with CHG Canon........stay home
It's probably a mountain boomer
In my opinion, you're a shallow, narrow minded jackass.
Oh yeah, and a lier too.
Hmmmm, I wonder which political party has the majority in the Arkansas senate.
(Jerry was correct in his statement, "crazies is right")
I have Sony XB 700. I like them a lot, they're comfortable, and they sound GREAT! I looked at several brands and models in that price range, and nothing came close to these, For sound or comfort.
So, is this whole discussion about photography snobbery, or the proper place to air your photography snobery?
And every airplane on display at this wonderful museum(with the exception of one) can be flown........today!
My 2013 Mazda MX5 also requires premium fuel. I really like this car, but the 2015 Miata will have the new Skyactive engine that runs on regular fuel AND will get better mileage..............I'm thinking about it.
I recently read a quote that I think pertains here: "instead of leaving a better planet for our children, let's leave better children for our planet."
I don't think that's anything new. I was listening to her being interviewed many years ago on the Howard Stern show, when she had a total meltdown when a caller criticized her. I think her tirade even surprised Howard. You wouldn't think that someone who makes a living by criticizing others would be so thin skinned.
I've disliked her ever since.
No! That award has to go to Michelle Bachmann.
