Well folks, this is the third time that I have been chastised for asking a question. I am sure that the majority of you are good people but I have no interest in hearing from the minority. I have enjoyed most of my time with you but I have had enough. goodby Ed

I took some photos on Saturday and one of the ladies face looks too fat. I know her and she doesn't really look that way.
I have a Canon T5, used an EF 28-80 at 28mm. ISO 400 5.6 100th sec. Do you folks think that it was the 28mm setting that made her look so fat or what else could it be?
tks Ed

I had a similar problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, fixed it!

I don't have long lenses so I wear cargo pants and use the pockets. The bag is usually not far away.

hay gvarner, the pop-up flash may be adjustable and can put out the right amount of light. I have used an off-camera flash with a white card to bounce some light forward. Practise will give you the best way.

once you have the picture edited the way you want, go to file- print- select which printer- select paper(glossy or matt) select paper size- select resolution-go. I think that is all it takes. Easy once you do it a few times. Be sure to print the size of the matt window or some of the pic will be hiding under the matt.

A friend suggested that I get a solid state hard drive. Back up the external drive and then unplug the SSD so it won't get corrupted.
I like that idea.

Thanks guys, I will try the reset. I don't know how many shots I get from a charge. I have never depleted one. I always shoot RAW +Jpeg but rarely use the flash.

Aloha, the owners' book for my Canon T5 shows hash marks about half way down the picture of a battery meaning the level is low. After the last 5-6 charges it only shows halfway on the camera! Thinking old battery, I bought a new one. This new one shows the same level of charge on the camera. Do you think that a new battery will need several cycles of charging to show full or do I have a problem?
Thanks folks Ed

Whatever you do, save important things on TWO drives. I like external, I am in no hurry. My external 2TB drive failed and so far I recovered about half of the photos. I pray that it will last until I get another as a backup.

Aloha folks, for years I have used "Print Shop" to make photo cards for friends. The difficulty that I have is that it only uses 8X10 paper and I want to use card size print paper. Do you know what program to use that will take card size paper?

I have used "Glary undelete" on my windows machine. Maybe they have software for Mac also. It is rather slow but so far it has found 995 mb. There are many programs out there but Glary is the only one that I tried that was free and worked. Say a little prayer and give it a try. Ed
