What’s the step-up from the Nikon d7000?

I. currently have Nikon d7000 and d7500 with which I use both Original Nikon and Tamron lenses. Delighted with both cameras with the d7500 just having a slight edge. Not much difference between both models though.

Haven't experienced this so far but Arsenal is an English football team but can't really see them flooding the world with messages. What is the content of the FB messages anyway?

Hi. Personally, I feel photoshop for removing an object can be a bit lengthy and perhaps complicated. I use a programme called Inpixio or Cutout by Ashampoo both viving you variuos tools to do the job including an outline tool which surrounds the object to be removed and the contents then deleted. You can then 'tidy -up' anny small left-overs using the additional tool in the programme. Certainly, I have had no problems and any 'move' you make that you might feel incorrect, you can cancel that partucular one and start again....worth a try. Philphotog, Perth, Scotland.

Hi. Just for your interest. I still have (in a box) a Yashica camera (dual) inasmuch that I used to use both 120 (6x6) film AND with the adaptor kit 35mm film. I agree it was a big clumsy and clunky but I had great fun with it. Must dig it out one day and have another go. Cheers from Perth, Scotland

Hi there from Perth, Scotland, UK. I was issued with a Yashica 6x6 when I first started a a junior press photographer and initially got very confused when looking down through the viewfinder if my subject moved out of the frame, I always swung the camera in the wrong direction..anyone else experienced this?
Then ( for press work) 35mm became al the rage and proved a boon when sitting behind the goal at Scottish football matches - 36 frames instead of twelve - the downside was trying to load a cassette with cold fingers in the rain with the film leader sticking on the rails when a drop of moisture got into the back of the camera. Digital has changed all that thankfully.
However, I still have a Yashica 635 which can be converted from 6x6 to 35 mm very easily. Unfortunatesly it has been in a box and hasn't seen light of day for yonks...must look it out someday...

Yes. Sony can provide an adaptor for e-fit lenses. I use one on my NEX C3 camera although the lens tends to react a little slower to focus..no real grear problem though

Hi. I purchased a Sony NEX C3 mirrorless camera and have been so impressed with this cameras capabilities, performance an resulting pictures. It is the size if a compact but has the capabilities of a dslr.....all the modes from auto to manual, interchangeable lenses and although the C3 doesn't have an inbuilt flash it has a wee dedicated clip on unit synched with the camera and akso a hotshoe fir a larger flash gun.
Although I will still use my Nikon dslr the Sony will be alongside it in my camera bag and because of its performance and capability will go on holiday with me either at home or abroad.......and it is much less bulkier. Brilliant camera.

Hi. Sorry but I am going to be a bit vague re. this. However, I havea both aNikon d5100 and d7000 I sourced a fantastic remote release with a burst facility on Ebay from a supplier in Australia. It is called Snapshot Tech Aus and I have nothing more than excellent results from this gadget which cost (Sterling) £6.50. The service from this seller is also excellent and the remote is small enough to carry in your pocket of your camera bag. The ones I have are RM-4D Mark 3 remote control for Nikon or Canon providing single release, multi-release and bulb ans self-timer AND can also be used on the d7100. Not only am I pleased with the remote but other members of my club here in Perth have also purchsed one of these for both types of camera. Hope this is of some use. Cheers. Hi from Perth, Scotland.

I have used the Tamron 18 - 300mm for a couple of years now and if the new 400 mm model is anything like this or even better, it will be a winner. I wish I had the funds to have a go at this new release. Cheers. Foo th' noo. Philphotog

Hi from Perth, Scotland.

I cannot speak more highly of MPB having dealt with their London outlet of three occasions puchasing two camera bodies and one flash unit.
I have found their service (and advice when required) first-class and i would certain have NO hesitation in making a purchase in the future.

Take that from a canny Scot.....Hoots mon!

Cheers.

Hi.
If you have already had Picasa on your system, most of the programme will continue to work. However, Google has discontinued Picasa and no longer supports it. I understand that you can no longer install Picasa although I believe that it might be found on the internet somewhere. Pity to see it go. Although limited editing was available, it was ideal for those happy with what it had to offer as it was simple and straightforward........Philphotog, Perth. UK

Hi Joe. Good to have hard copies of memories. Best way, I suggest would be to purchase (if you think you would use it again) would be a separate slide and negative scanner.....they're not too expensive...and scan to your computer......quite simple, really....and then print from your computer in the normal way as you would normally. As a matter of interest, my local Lidl stoe outlet is currently retailing these scanners which do 35mm negatives as well as transparencies for £26.00 ...not sure what this would be in US dollars an are ver straightforward to use. Might be worth purchasing similar if you plan ti perhaps use it again in the future. Hope this helps.
As a matter of interest, I was in the Royal Air Force...not as a flyer though..on the administrative side in Courts of Enquiry and air accidents......termed on this side of the pond as 'a shiney arse' due to the fact that we 'fly a desk'......
Cheers, cheers.

Hi I have two Yongnuo Speedflash. One for my Ninkon d5100 and another for my Nikon d7000. They are interchangeable and I have found them very reliable. No problems and much less expensive than manufacturer's units. Certainly worth a closer look before buying a genuine unit. Cheers. Philphotog, Perth UK
