And guess who wins? :D These guys are just pawns...and they don't even know it that they are on the losing team! They may think they are all powerful, but in the end, they are the losers....they are blind. Be encouraged!!

well can you stop the bible? to the one world government. it being fulfilled right before your eyes.

Yes...it's all in the Bible...it can't be stopped. Closer to the return of Jesus....the Bible is amazingly accurate in its prophecy. It really doesn't matter in the long run, because I know who holds the future....

SeaChelle, there ARE professional, helpful people who don't criticize so much on this forum. I bet even you can name some of them.
Unfortunately, sometimes the criticisers (and I don't mean critiquers, there's a difference) have a louder voice than the first group.
So, keep coming back here, ask your questions, answer the ones you have answers for, join in the bantering, YOU also can help to make this the greatest forum there is!

Thank you Esther...love your upbeat positive attitude!

Sarcasm not appreciated. Yet some people feel it their duty to scrutinize someones post. Why is it that some people on here feel that they are entitled to judge any and all posts made by other people. If you know so much, why do you belong to this site. You certainly aren't helping anyone by answering the question they ask. I would love to see a post on here that doesn't get off subject just so a few know it all people can get in there and tell you how wrong you are. I used to love coming to this site but lately I can take it or leave it. I would rather not post a question on here as I know I won't get the answer I'm looking for but rather have some know it all take it to another subject. My 2 cents. Sorry for the rant but I can't take it anymore.

I very rarely come on here anymore for this very reason...life it too short. I go to blogs where there are actually professional, helpful people who don't criticize so much....thank you for posting this...

I have the Airport Airstream...Love, love, love it....!! Goes with me everywhere...traveling, weddings, photo shoots, etc. I debated long and hard because of the price, but am SO glad I listened to the voice of others who raved about Think Tank. Also, the Airstream holds a LOT (carry two bodies, two flashes and several lenses & equipment...along with my iPad), and yet fits under every airline seat I have ever been on...even small commuter planes! Go for it!! It will NOT disappoint!

Nope, they're photos.
You can have two images in a photo, for example an image of a flower and an image of a child... but it still is only one photo. Similar with capture: a capture is the smile on a child's face, the tears on the face of the bride's mother - but when they are printed, they are photos.
Call me picky if you like....

I think he should read Howard Zinn's "People's History of the United States" if he really wants to know what went on in this country. But I doubt if he will because I don't think he really wants to know it.

I think you should read Peter Marshall's "The Light and the Glory" for how this nation came to be...excerpts from even Columbus's diary...George Washington's, etc. Amazing recorded history straight from the forefathers of our nation. Well documented. You might find it very interesting...we have wandered far, far away. Granted, it was only 13 colonies at the beginning and we have grown "just a bit," but the premise of our foundation is totally lost and has become exactly what our forefathers were trying to prevent...starting with the first settlers who came over for religious freedom. Now there is no freedom OF religion...they have turned it into freedom FROM religion...although I digress...just read the book...lots of great stuff.

SeaChelle, this is mindblowing to me. Do you happen to know who these people are who get the free services and how they qualify for them. Seems terribly unjust. We pay, they get 100% benefit??

Here in Massachusetts it is our welfare system called MassHealth...the sad thing is that when a claim is made here for say, falling down stairs (unwitnessed accidents usually) by an illegal, they get a lawyer and get a settlement and I find that many times it is MassHealth that has paid for all their thousands of dollars of chiropractic "soft tissue damage" (that cannot be seen on X-rays so it's the word of the patient who says their neck still hurts), then a lien comes from MassHealth if there is a third party settlement. But it is not always the illegals...people on SSI disability, or unemployment....or...get this...who do you think pays for prisoners 100% healthcare...we even had a fellow here who insisted on a sex change operation in prison. It was agreed that it should be paid for...people went CRAZY here because the normal person cannot get healthcare to pay for that, but prisoners can? I believe it is on hold right now because they are not sure where to place this fellow once he/she has it...women's prison or men's prison. But the verdict on paying for it is NOT an issue...go figure!!!!

Actually....when researching, I found that the statistics I had were older and that some of the most costly happen to BE in California, but the most costly appears to be in Pennsylvania....

The next question I would ask these people is why these scans cost so much ? It is true that the cost of these machines is very high. But it is equally true that unless the hospital is a very large one, the machines lie idle a great deal of the time. If I could get a scan at 3 am and save $2,000, you bet I would be at the hospital, bright-eyed, bushy-tailed and ready to go, at 3 a.m.

CT Scans load you up with so much radiation you just don't want to know! MRIs are a much better choice. But what I have found is that MRIs are denied by INSURANCE COMPANIES, not the docs. The doctors I have dealt with have to continuously appeal to the insurance companies for the MRI. They both show different things, one more bone mass the other more soft tissue. My hubby works for a hospital ad they are VERY costly machines...however, the hospitals WANT to see them get used...the insurance companies to not want to pay to have them used....frustration all 'round. In order for a hospital to stay in business, they 'need' the business. Unfortunately, once again, it's the free healthcare that is driving the costs up at the hospitals here (we have the most costly hospital in the nation in Boston)...someone has to pay for emergency room care and those CT scans and MRIs that the free healthcare people get for free...they don't have to advocate for these tests...they are given...FREE . sigh.

Last July, my wife was denied a PET scan by BSBS. She was in remission. Two months later her cancer metastasized and she died two months after that. The horror stories I could tell you about how the doctors screwed up you wouldn't believe. They killed her. She was only in stage one when it was diagnosed. Only 56 years old. Beautiful girl with an insidious disease. If you are old like me, think twice about treatment. The bark can be worse than the bite. It's all about the buck. They will string you out as long as they can to maximize profits. Peace.

Omigosh....my true sympathies go out to you...so, so sad. When a PET scan or MRI are recommended, you have to be your own advocate and fight...I have learned that. The doctor can appeal, which they do time and time again, and the insurance eventually goes through. It's CRAZY....

Sea, I really have trouble believing that story. $18/hour is a lot more than they can get from unemployment and collecting health insurance.

It depends on where their previous job was...I believe you receive 80% here in Massachusetts...and that would be calling be a liar...my hubby just called this a.m. with the true story...trying to find someone to fill the job. I wouldn't make it up!

This is a "cerebral" state with mostly high tech jobs...$18/per hour is not great pay to live here...probably not in California, either...two most expensive states to live in. I make more than that as an administrative assistant.

SO...bottom line, unless they can make more than unemployment hands out, why bother? They very well could be receiving more than the $18/per hour. BUT, they will be cut off after a period of time and might be sorry they passed up the job! It doesn't last forever.

BTW...I am impressed with your professional manner in which you address the issues i.e. no anger or name-calling, per say. I appreciate that..we can agree to disagree on the issues and yes, time will tell....I know that right now the whole healthcare issue is a nightmare for those here and me personally...I truly hope you are right...it just does not add up from what I see and have experienced here...it's been a steady decline.
