Thanks but my pocketbook is not that big! I used to love Epson. My repairman recommends Epson and Canon.
I have all unopened "Value Pak" Lucia ink containing 7BK, 9 PBK, 9M, 9C, and 9Y (value $75). I also have the PIXMA 9 Clear tank ($19.25) and single 9 PBK, and 9Y each $15.99.
I purchased them in November and my printer MX7600 broke last month. Canon does not have parts to repair it! I believe the "9" series was used in one of the more professional canon printers as well as PIXMA iX7000.
I would be happy to receive $75 for all and I would pay shipping to somewhere in the west of the Rockies.
Any suggestions for a new quality Canon or Epson printer?
thanks
ah shucks I just listen to it clunk! So far it has not scared off the birds. Plus I didn't even know one could turn of the sound! Apparently this is just the way it is with the 60D

What happens if you turn the shutter sound off in your camera set-up?
Thanks to all. I knew I could count on UHH and its worldwide wonderful members! I will check out all of the suggestions. I was able to find my photos but am quite sure some day I will not be so lucky.
Thank you. My Google search did not return any of those!

Help! I deleted a set of photos from the SD card by mistake. I thought I had transferred them to the hard drive but alas, that was not the case. What is the best and least expensive program for restoration? I had one many years ago but cannot find it and don't remember the name!
Thanks for any help.
Thanks that's a great idea. My tube traveled safely by suitcase last week. I think it is a good idea to have as large a diameter tube as possible.

When i send mine out in tubes, i place tissue paper over the photo side before rolling. Have not heard any complaints.
Thanks for your thoughts. It's now packed in a cardboard tube from USPS so I should have no problem.

I just got a big custom 30x40 in a square tall box printed side in with masking tape on the leading edge so it wouldn't unroll and shift in the box.
The prints from Adorama come in flat rectangle shaped boxes with corner protection.
Thank you. That is what I thought but it never hurts to check with the experts on UHH! I'm thinking I should have gotten a larger tube but I'm limited on packing space.
thanks again.
I guess my question is really printed side in or out?
I wondered if there is a right way to roll a printed photo (11x14 and 12x18) to send in a tube mailer. the prints are glossy. I can't remember how I received them from a printer previously. can anyone help? thanks

Buy the exact original replacement "Canon" battery.
That way you won't be sorry & you'r canon camera retains its warranty. Shop around at reputable online dealers & you may find a better price.
I shoot Nikons & have at least 10 backup batteries for various models & they aint CHEEP ! & I aint one of the one percenters.
Thanks BestBatt.com is exact and cheapest I've found. can never have too many options!
when searching for a backup battery for my 60D (LP-E6) I notice there are different values for volt and mAh. If mine is 7.2 and 1800, which numbers do I have to stay with? Thanks
I love this site. I never know what information I'll find. And everyone is so willing to share and help. My ID photo for this site, a titmouse whom I call Rambo, made me take a turn from just taking photos to really wanting to do something. I'm still learning.
