They are ALREADY as good as an AVERAGE camera....
I agree.
I tire with folks who downplay smart phone photography because they paid $1M for their current camera.
How do I use Ultrares in this app for editing an image already in my camera roll. (Not shooting with ultrares, but post-editing.)
Thank you?

Agree…with a dash of common sense.
I agree with you! Smart phone cam’s are a camera! Sony and Nikon have cameras, too. Will a smart phone replace a DSLR in all circumstances? No. It doesn’t need to. A nice photo...is a nice photo. Posting in the ‘hog’ is not a competition. It’s sharing...nice photos, information, ideas, suggestions...
I’m so happy that you are posting your mobile photos just like any photo from any camera source!!
If someone wants bare-details about a photo...they can ask. Otherwise...peeps can enjoy the photo and move-on.
Celebrate the photo!
(Just my opinion...)
IG is now easier to post, and now they allow sizes other than square.
Why don’t ‘hogs’ post on Instagram also, or do they?
Hello, everyone. My name is Polo. I’m mostly interested in UHH to see others’ images. I have a Sony Nex-6, but since having several iPhones, and now the XS Max - I use the iPhone almost exclusively. I like to shoot creatively/artistically. I am trying to stay away from overly editing my photos. I particularly enjoy landscape scenes of architecture and urban shots. Urban decay excites me! I edit exclusively on the iPhone or the iPad.
"Non-photography" related may not be appropriate for this site. I can certainly go 'elsewhere' for non-photography. It's amazing that the UHH 'learneds' consider themselves also 'knowledgeable' in politics. A term I re-heard the other day comes to mind: bloviating.
Photography...not politics.
