Waiting until they do their job and look into the Bidumb crime family......his bragging about his Quid pro quo and H****rs laptop.

Then they might also look into the city destroying r**ts, burning and l**ting of B*M and others in 2020

You can't even name any real accomplishment of the Bidumb buffoon except for making even Jimmy Carter look good.....you are delusional.

I am a returning member after a multiple year absence and I am shocked at how much more political commentary is allowed.

We used to be a great photography forum but the amount of political hate is disconcerting.

And this coming from a "political junky" himself.

What have I missed over the years?

Check out the A6000 with both an LCD screen and excellent viewfinder.

the sony's are always in the equivalent of "Live View" so any adjustments you make are instantly visible in the view finder.

What you see is what you get.

SLR's are heavier, cost more and will not fit into a smaller bag with lenses.

Wait - those are not advantages....

Love my A6000 and got rid of my DSLR a year ago.

I like the Tamron E-Mount 18-200 on my A6000

It's my general walk-around lens

Welcome and check out the Sony wireless like the A6000, the A7 etc.

much smaller and lighter than the big SLR's but just as capable, including Full Frame if that is your desire

Does anyone have advice on a camera or iphone App that can give quality panoramic indoor shots onsite (meaning I don't have to go home to use software to see if it worked)? I need to be able to shoot indoor panoramic shots for real estate. I have no problem with outdoor shots using Adobe PhotoShop to stitch photos together but the indoor ones are too curved. I want a secondary camera specifically for this purpose and want to spend less than $500. Any suggestions?

I have been very happy with my old Sony A55 and their in-camera panos and now I love my sony mirrorless A6000

First thank you to all of you who answered my introduction. I received great advice from you!!!
Now I need advice on the Sony a77II. I am just getting into DSLR photography and it SEEMS this camera will do now and for years to come? What lens to star with, filters etc?? Other cameras in the price expertise level??
Thank you in advance for your help !!!
Colin

I had a Sony A55 for several years and found the Tamron 18-270 lens to be all I needed in most cases.

It was not heavy, had good range and excellent results.

Became my "walk around " lens for most days.

You will also find some good glass in used minolta lenses on ebay that fit the A-mount.

Thanks to the information that tusketwedge shared with us last week, I was able to source the elusive Tamron 150-600 lens from Nova Scotia and have it mailed to me here in Ontario. It arrived this morning.

Unfortunately its raining here today, so I won't be getting out to use it just yet, but I have been playing around with it from my covered deck, and it looks like all systems are go. I'm looking forward to sharing some images with everyone, once the rain stops and I'm able to get out and about.

NOTL guy....we really love your town; it is one of our favorite spots to visit and do a little biking and winery touring.

It is my understanding that the A6000 is comparable to the cheaper OMD-EM10; which falls in line behind both the OMD-EM1 and the OMD-EM5...

I believe its closer to the em5 but better because of larger sensor APS-C, 24+ megapixels, pop-up flash, less expensive and faster 193 point auto-focus...., but both are good cameras

also has 11-fps, in-camera HDR, in-camera panorama.....
