I agree 100% with you. My D800E does so much better than a cell phone. You don't get the quality especially on enlargements. I shot a wedding the other weekend because the hired pro. was a no show. Glad I took my D800E and 5 min before the ceremony, that was the only camera along with 40 cell phones that the others had. I had 100 good pictures that could have enlarged to life size. To say the least, the bride was greatfull. Had I been better advised, I would have been taking pictures an hour before but, that is how it worked out.

I agree with your closing statements. I celebrated birthday 80 and walk with a cain. My Nicon D800 gets very heavy for wedding pictures.

The very last statement. There will be some clue as to when and where and who is in your pictures that wasn't in those your left for you, thanks to digital.

Remember that digital cameras have a count of pictures where film cameras don't. Therefore, add a new camera body when you reach that magic number of pictures taken.

Is anyone buying the Zfc to take pictures or are you buying to sit on a shelf. No, I will stick with my D800E.

Check out Brothers printers. I got one to replace my Epson and really like it.

I would recommend not taking pictures of shots the pro setup. Unless you have discussed it first with him/her.

Jimmy, what is wrong with having 1 of every model. I am sure one would be best for day and one for night and one for action and another for stills and you, the man ready for any ocasion.

Not looking to purchase. I have one. Just wondering why nobody discusses. Probably cause whoever's has one, has no problems. Thanks.
