Long term Adobe customer here, for purchase, I would go directly to Adobe. Why pay a middle man.

As for monthly vs yearly, I think it was said above, first it depends on your wallet. If you committed to learning the software and starting with them then the yearly probably makes sense. If you think you want to try it for a while before committing, then got monthly.

the problem is.... a 1 year commitment
break away cost 50% of yearly cost
and your terminated at the end of the current month
best (I think) to pay for year and break away after a year if needed.

I'm 76, memory seems to decrease each day. 20 yrs ago I had a camera, either a Pentax Program or Ricoh XRP, had both, don't remember which I used. But it allowed me to place it on a tripod near my birdbath with a 36 exposure roll of film and it would take photos till the roll ended. I could set it at different intervals from 15 seconds to 60 seconds between exposures. Got a lot of good bird photos that way but don't remember the gear I used. Any old time film fanatics out there that might jog my memory? I was a collector and had about 40 cameras, Pentax, Ricoh, Nikon, Mamya 645, Yashicamat 6x6, Rolleiflex, and a host of old rangefinders

When you wish to delete images from an SD card do you do it with the camera it has been formatted for or on the computer selecting images and then moving them to the trash?
Thanks for your reply.

I always down load all my images, then delete all from the camera, then format..... done.

In a pinch you could probably use a bubble level APP on your phone.
Maybe put the phone on the lens?

I'd go with one camera and then when they reminded me that I was to bring two cameras, I would say, "I did bring two cameras. My other camera is my cell phone and it is mirrorless!"😜

Nice Choice!

Last spring I had cataract surgery. Now my glasses are a lot LESS strong than before. (And I can no longer see with my old glasses.) Now my problem is that I cannot see the text on my LR screen. Is there a way to make that text larger? I've made my e-mail text larger by simply hitting control and the scroller on my mouse. That doesn't work in LR.

Try this..https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/how-to-change-the-font-size-in-lightroom/td-p/8739411
