Ok, you caught me, you’re of course correct I delete-all, not erase. Still why would one reformat rather than delete?

I’m confused, After the initial formatting new SD cards why reformat after taking pictures? After taking photos, I load them on my computer then from the camera menu erase all then I’m good to go.

I recommend two Skylum products, Aurora HDR and Luminar AI both have an extremely easy learning curve and reasonable priced. There are templates within the program that will give you a preliminary adjustment which you can then adjust to your liking or you can just start editing without using the templates. They have a great forum "Luminar Insiders" that you can join, that gives you access to daily zoom seminars on specific topics as well as "ask me anything" about the products segment, as well as other benefits. I've been using their products for 8 plus years and I'm very pleased with both their products and customer support. Skylum products are are a purchase you own it, not "rent" software. The company is in the Ukraine and they can use all the support they can get. I would not purchase their NEO product as it is not fully developed. It will be a great product once they have time to complete it.

Same for me, downloaded, verified and it’s working just fine on my iMac.

UTMike, I also have a 2020 Mac and the DAT program works on it. The "Redemption link” buttion directed me to download an .exe file which is a windows only file, I.e it won’t work on a Mac. After rooting around on the MediaChance site, I was able to find https://mediachance.com/dap/mac.html <https://mediachance.com/dap/mac.html> and download a .dmg file for the Mac for the Dynamic AutoPainter program which works on a 64 bit Mac running Big Sur. Unfortunately as far as I can tell, the Reactor program only runs on a 32 bit operating system and Apple Big Sur doesn’t support 32 bit software any longer.
So I’ve sent an inquire to MediaChance, the software developer asking if Reactor is available for the Big Sur operating system.
The DAP program is so good that I’m OK paying the$29 for it alone if it turns out that the Reactor won’t work on the 64 bit Mac operating system.
I watched a tutorial video of Reactor and although it appears to be quite good and super flexible, it requires a whole different mind set to use. For post processing I’m very satisfied with Luminar AI, Aurora 2019 and Photoshop Elements 2020. I don’t need to learn a totally new concept for editing.
Before discovering how to access the Mac version, I sent an inquiry to Mashable Shop and they got back to me in less than an hour. Before they got back to me I’d figured out how to access the Mac version. They tried to be helpful, but I don’t think they knew how to access the Mac version or that Reactor was not compatible with 64 bit Macs.

Thanks for the update. I was initially thinking of getting the EOS magazine, which I’d seen advertised but never read. I was at Barns and Noble yesterday and bought a copy of the Photoplus and thought it was pretty good. I think I’ll follow your suggestion and go with EOS.

I’m thinking of subscribing to the Photoplus magazine via “MagazinesDirect”. Does anyone have any complaints or cautions on the delivery or service from MagazinesDirect?

I loaded Luminar AI had no problems with it working but it didn't automatically load the "LOOKS" from my Luminar 4. Finally found instructions at the Luminar blog that I need to delete the Luminar AI, using uninstall software that they provided a link to. When I reloaded Luminar AI, it did pickup the Legacy Looks from my Luminar 4.
