Unless you attach sentimental value to it or it's a rare coin a collector would be interested in, it's worth nothing. All the countries that use the Euro got rid of their own currency and no longer accept it for anything. There was a period after the change over, when you could exchange local currency for Euros, but that has long since expired.
Grazie Machia, Buona Domenica.
Let's not start the sauce vs gravy argument here, but by definition in the dictionary, it's sauce. I always say who cares, call it what you want, as long as it tastes good. :D
Terrific watching the kid's reaction, but a minor point; it isn't in Italy. All the signs are in English, there are no cops with uniforms like that in Italy (especially with the word police on them) and lastly, no self-respecting Italian, regardless of age, would use a knife to cut spaghetti.
HueyDriver, you're either single or have forgotten that there are old pilots and bold pilots, but no old, bold pilots.
Spend the money and get the extra room. Flying westbound from Israel during the day is a long and difficult flight. It's much more difficult to relax and perhaps sleep, not only because of the ligfht, but most people are up and about, cabin noise, etc. Go for it, you'll be glad you did.
Love the '37 Ford and woody!
As sad as these abandoned stations are, what we have allowed to happen to our rail system is even worse. Trains remain the most efficient and economical means of transportation for both passenger and cargo and we've got Amtrak and the Long Island Railroad.
I've been sitting back for a few days, getting the lay of the land so to speak and figured it's time I said hello. I'm Frank, a rank amateur if ever there was one when it comes to photography, so please don't be too harsh when I finally get around to posting some of my feeble attempts. Looking at the collection of work here, clearly I have a lot to learn.
