" Blame Bush" I did not know that he counted any votes
I believe that there are 20k plus votes still uncounted, the votes of our overseas service men and women ...... most likely their votes would be to Pres. Bush. This happens all the time, any states that are late getting the absentee ballets printed cannot send them overseas to our brave Men and Women risking their lives for our way of life to vote on and return their ballots in time to be counted, For their votes to not be counted is a travesty.
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.
We dont have the BIG bird feeder police, just seed theives , at times we bring the feeders in at night, but not this night.

Hi sourdough58! Those are some great shots of the baby raccoons and the fox. How close were you when you took them? Did you use a zoom lens? Just wondering, as I love to take all types of wildlife photos. Thanks for sharing!
Howdy, the young fox was just one of 4 and the kits were dened under a Dr.s office I was very closethe young coon was about 15 ft away. thank you
The bodies of these baby coons form a triangle. My beaver bog brook formed a triangle. and the head of the fox is a triangle. if I am looking at this right, I have never heard of triangle framing before thank you.
Nice shots thanks for sharing
The commotion of the crows caught my attention then I saw this hawk on the ground , the crows would fly at the hawk and the hawk would cup its wings and glare at the crows as they dove at him, next with his wings cupped he would put his head down and eat his squirrel...... and when his head was down I would stalk closer in by inch, I moved in shooting 50 + pictures along the way, I was about 80 ft away when I started and and cut the distance better than in half , when he finished eating he flew into a nearby tree so that I could get a few more pictures.
I was driving down a old dirt road and suddenly a red squirrel ran into the road, the sec he stopped this Owl was on him, The Owl looked at me for a moment, and took off, I drove quickly to where I saw him disappear into the woods, it was getting dark but he posed for me with the sky in the background.
Thank you all for your warm wishes , I look forward to gleaning info from you all thank you again.
Howdy all from the rocky coast of Maine, I have been looking around your site at all the beautiful pictures, I have a lot to learn.
