Actually a man produced this ad, and he is still employed by Fox News. There was a rumor that he was going to be hired by CNN and he was not.

When I Googled "FoxNews anti obama producer", one of the suggested sites was "fox news producer caught rallying anti-Obama protesters". Proof once again that Fox News is just a propaganda arm of the tea party wingnuts of the Republican party.

How could it be surprising that Mr. Obama made most of his mistakes in the first two years of his administration? That's when he had a Congressional majority. Maybe it's good he no longer has that majority...his mistakes can be fewer and farther between.
