Well done, remarkably sharp and well exposed images. I'd like to know what equipment and settings you used.
Yep, the three's just right - composition, exposure and focus!
Hey, what's wrong with the Canon 50mm f1.4, which has performed very well for me at all apertures and distances?
Yep, I use it on my 60D and forgot about your full frame!
Gee, what ever happened to GLOBAL WARMINING that there was so much ballyhooing about?
Hey, Canon's 15 to 85mm is a good all around lens at reasonable price.
Remarkable to see so little noise at that high an ISO!
Very good capture, but where were all the people?
Very nice effect, but in addition I would have experimented with fill in flash, diffused and tilted up, with higher shutter speeds to reduce the ambient light infiltration.
Yep, global warming is here to stay!
Nice capture of a attention-getting scene - Brrrrr!
Nice picture of a lovely gal with beautiful complexion and eyes, all executed well. However, the camera angle is a little high, therefore putting too much emphasis on the nose. Try it at shoulder height next time.
Really cute, and what's more she knows how to hold a camera. Photography is definitely in her future!
The Vivitar bracket shown is a sturdy comfortable grip, but it has one shortcoming, it does not flip for vertical shots so that the flash is positioned in the proper orientation. There are many flip type brackets on the market and the one I've used dependably for years in numerous busy shoots is the "Stroboframe", which costs less than $20. It's rugged, comfortable and easily articulated.
What about the Tamron 10 to 24?
