Try the Magic Lantern Guides. Most books stores or Amazon should have them. I bought one for my K10D, gives a much better explanation of the options and working of your camera.

Been using a Pentax since about '91. Have a K10D now and love it. I agree, there's not much talk about Pentax but almost everything discussed can be converted over to our cameras. This is a great site to learn and become a better photographer, profresional or for your pleasure.

You might try to sharpen it a bit, but I think it look pretty good as is.
