GO for the D7200, and don't look back!.. My own D7000 has been re-purposed as an infrared only camera, and it's fine for that!!

2019 does not as yet play well with windows 7, and I am not upgrading to "10" as of this time.. I called Adobe, and they rolled me back to 2018!..All is fine again!!!

For about less than $10, you can get a whole set of plastic filter wrenches that have always been the best solution for me.. Also to even negate the need for these wrenches, You can scrape some graphite from a #2 pencil perpendicular to the filter threads threads, and just store them..When you need a filter that has had this pencil graphite Applied..you just mount the filter, and it ALWAYS will remove as easily as it went on!!

I've owned and used my Nikon D500 along with the Tamron 150-600mm G2 since November of 2016, and have NEVER had a sharpness problem, and shoot mostly wide open at F6.3-7.1 (sometimes I go to F8 if I need more DOF). Also MUCH lighter than the Sigma Sport, but of similar optical quality. Love this camera/lens combo!!
If my memory serves me correctly, this Tamron is also pretty-well weather sealed. Since my purchase, I have NEVER had a need to look back on my decision to buy!!

I've been using back-button focus for 3+ years, including my Nikon D7000, and my D500.. I have no need to go back to the single button system. BBF has worked flawle
ssly on both cameras!

Ref" My post earlier today on the Viewsonic Vp 2365, It appears that it has been replaced by a 24"
ViewSonic VP2468 24" 16:9 SuperClear IPS .. Around $225 at B&H!..BTW, the "P" in "VP" means it's considered a Professional model by Viewsonic!

I have a Viewsonic 23" IPS model VP2365 which I've been using for all my editing in Photoshop CC, and have had not ANY issues with color matching right out of the box..It also tilts ,swivels, rotates to portrait mode, and is adjustable up and down. It was very highly recommended when I bought it At that time it was about $250 usd from B&H.

Denoise by Topaz is my FIRST step after I've sized my raw file, and converting it to 16BIT TIF for editing. The best noise app out there IMHO!!

Make sure you get an IPS monitor, as you can view the image you are looking at at any angle..usually 178 degrees North and South, especially if you are doing editing. and you will not see color and density shifts as you edit!..That was the most important consideration for me when I purchased my 23" Viewsonic to replace an aging/non IPS NEC 24". Also, colors have been a great match right out of the box with no profiling whatsoever!

Check out KEH photo for a "USED" lens with a warranty before you put $$$$'s into sending your lens to Nikon..My 2 cents, which can save you MORE!!
