When you say to change the picture control to all 6’s, how do you do that?

Maybe you're trying to run before you've mastered how to walk. Set your camera to Auto, go out for an hour or so after sunrise, and/or an hour or two before sunset and shoot everything. Post 3 or 4 examples of what you got, and why you don't thing they're very good. You'll get plenty of help and suggestions. Good luck!

If my 18-55 isn't on my D7100, then I probably have the 18-200 mounted.

bioteacher, if you're still in Brooklyn, and able to travel, maybe a face to face visit would resolve the issue faster and with finality to everyone's satisfaction.

As a newbie to UHH, offering something for sale as your first post, especially a fairly pricey item, is a tough go. Pictures, and a list of the items for sale are almost a must under these circumstances. Take a few minutes to read on how to post pictures here, snap a few of your 'for sale' items and post them. It will create some interest. Good Luck!

I recall the guy who drove to Vegas in his old $2,000 car and came back in a $100,000 bus.

The first James Bond movie I saw was Dr. No. I'll never forget that fight he had with the villain inside a train compartment. He eventually received a Supporting Best Actor Oscar for the movie the Untouchables. He was a very versatile actor indeed. The Hunt For Red October showed his versatility. Also, best friends with Michael Caine. The Scottish actor will be remembered. RIP.

I think you're remembering "From Russia, With Love".

Does anyone know what a old Velbon mini-F tripod weight capacity is to hold a digital camera

What I've found is that it is a very lightweight unit, with max load 1.1kg or a little less than 2 1/2 lbs.

After I wrote the message, I realized that Feisol tripods are made in Taiwan, albeit it does not diminish my view of their quality.

Made in Taiwan....but maintaining strong product support in the USA....I'm with that.
