My son was a really good base player both upright and electric, I once asked him why he gave up the claranet to play the base guitar, he said it was to attract girls,and I am here to tell you it worked. So did playing the trumpet attract the girls ?
This was great and it's true. I am a 1940 kid and I am still kicking, and yes I got spanked when I did something wrong and I am thankful for that. Thanks for sharing.
