To me, you come across as a terrible narcissist based on what you write. In person you maybe a great guy, but I doubt that. Always trying to get attention, trying to act like you are superior. If you are so unhappy with this website, why don't you just leave? Start your own site, as someone else suggested it. Guess how many members would follow you? I guess that idea is out. Or how about joining another forum? I bet if you were really interested in what you are saying, you'd love FM. Except, that on that site, 1 - you would be communicating with so many top photographers and they wouldn't take your BS 2 - your attitude would get you banned in a heartbeat. This is what I sense, when, once in awhile I happen see you in a thread.

And if WR gets under your skin, the answer is: IGNORE HIM. That is the sure way to get rid of Ego maniacs. If he can't get his fix here, I promise you, he will go away.

Well you obviously mistake my kindness for weakness. So lets figure this out right away. Yup I am pretty new. Watched for a while than joined. One of the most despicable traits a person can have is that of someone who lies. First it was an e-mail to you from a potential Hog. Than it was passed to you by a friend. Now it is something that another member passed to you out of someone elses confusion which caused them confusion and also causes you to have confusion. In view of this I will give you the benefit of the doubt. You did not lie you are just totally confused. I also feel very sorry for your overly timid associate who felt it necessary to have you represent their distress and confusion. They did not in my opinion choose wisely their representation. Intelligent homo sapiens are always cautious when dealing with venomous creatures. Then they have them for lunch.

I brought this up as another person's observation but as you have assumed that the opinion is mine I admit that I do agree with him.

You say that I am creating confusion yet it is that Section which is itself guilty of that very situation.

The manner in which the Section is operated certainly causes a sense of ambiguity. The naming of the Section implies that the poster will receive meaningful advice regarding improving the quality of their photographs which is not the case.

The perception is that the people who purport to be equipped to give advice are the very same who so regularly request help from each other. They appear to have solutions to the very same errors of judgment that they have previously asked for help with.

That is, when advice rather than mere, gushing praise is actually given.

Then there is one contributer, who has quite apparently settled in to a style which satisfies him and which produces interesting and competent images which are enjoyed by many who view them, who could be questioned as to why he posts on an almost daily basis when he only rarely responds to criticism and then only when he has already considered the suggested alternative.

I suggest that the title of the Section is misleading.

Perhaps the owners should call it The UHH Show and Tell.
