Just curious.....how did you light them?
Welcome, I'm in Fayetteville, NC. There are several North Carolinians on this forum
Every treatment is different. My husband had lung cancer and would have to spend a week in the hospital for treatment then he would come home. He would be weak and tired the first week home but would feel a little better each day. Weeks 3 and 4 would be pretty good but then it would be time for the next round. He would always try to do as much as he could in those good weeks but I tried to keep him from overdoing because it would take longer to bounce back.
Skip the wedding. Get your rest, eat healthy (cancer thrives on sugar) and enjoy the things you like to do in moderation. Best wishes and you are in my prayers.
What an adorable pup. I love that face!
Absolutely awesome. The first one got the tears going. I love the little boy and the hand with the wedding ring. Fantastic!!!!
Very nice photo and a reminder for today. I do miss those two towers.
I'll be sure and say some extra prayers for all this country lost that day.
I count 19 adorable little ones.
Love the cat and dog!
Tell Jeff I think it's a fantastic picture and I'd like to see more of his work. I'm definitely a fan!!
Great shots!! I really like the first one with the sun shining into he canopy and peeking from underneath.
Welcome !! I love the puppy picture. My personal experience: I used a Nikon film camera for years and when it came time to buy digital I couldn't afford the Nikon I wanted and bought a Canon. I also bought a point and shoot Nikon for my husband. The pics from that point and shoot were much better so I put the Canon in the closet and used the Nikon. A couple of years ago I decided I wanted to go back to DSLR and found a magazine that compared all the available cameras. I studied it hard and decided on a Nikon D7000. It didn't take long to realize this was much more advanced so I bought a couple of instructional DVD's and took a couple of Continuing Education classes. As for the Canon, I took it out one day, charged the battery and did some side-by-side shots. A few weeks later I took it to a camera shop and traded it for some other things. I'm sure Canon is much better now than it was then but I do not regret my Nikon purchase. Best of luck with whichever you choose.
She wanted to go, too!
The Siamese I had growing up would get into my dad's car and go to sleep on the floor behind the drivers seat. My dad wouldn't know he was there and my mother would call frantic because she couldn't find The cat. My dad would go out to the car and there he would be so he would get carried into the office to nap in a chair. When it was time to go home he would get in the rear window so he could see everything. Drove my mother crazy.
I work in a pet store and we sell crickets for people who have pet frogs or lizards. One employee came to the register and told "the kid" ( he is 18 and has just graduated from high school) that there were 30 crickets in the container. The kid, with a look of shock on his face, said, "but we sell them by the dozen!?!?"
I explained that was two and a half dozen.
"Oh, I hadn't thought of it that way. How do I put that in the computer?"
And that is just one example. He will soon be starting a new job at Starbucks. I hope no one asks him for a half a pound of coffee!
Welcome! My first 35mm camera was also a Chinon! It taught me a lot about photography.
