Took this monday night coming out of our carving club, in NJ , at Meadowlands Environment Center. Its about 10 miles away across the Hudson River in New Jersey. It was a low cloud layer and I thought it interesting with the Light Beam bouncing off the clouds. Canon SX50-Hand-held.

Very nice photo and a reminder for today. I do miss those two towers.
I'll be sure and say some extra prayers for all this country lost that day.

We are bunch of woodcarvers called The Meadowlands Carvers. Been meeting there for 28 years. I'm one of the few bird carvers in the club. Thanks for your nice comment! Here's one of mine.

Thanks for looking, and you're welcome!
Just finished watching the two-hour History Channel memorial program. Wonderful show. Lest We Forget. God Bless our country, especially those who lost loved ones.
That is a beautiful picture Dlevon! Did you carve that bird? What a fantastic job!! I hope Erv sees it; he carves, too.
Great picture and carving. I had just flown home from Maui on 8/28 or so. Didn't fly again for 10 years.(didn't need to)
