In the last 30+ years, I have photographed over 250 wedding, with an average of 200-300 photos, at each wedding, on my Olympus E-300 Camera. And it is still reliable, now that I am retired.
Good Luck. But don't buy a used camera.
You already have the right equipment. Make sure that you are shooting at a min of F8 to keep those shots in focus. Don't shoot on automatic always. And use a tripod!!!
I have photographing wedding over 35 years and I had the same problem, when I realized that the F-stop was wrong. Since then, nothing but sharpness.
Good luck!
Mike H.
Try out PROMASTER.com.
They have the best in tripods and flash units. And their prices are very reasonable and their support is great!
I do not recommend a used tripod. You won't be happy.
AND...don't buy a plastic tripod. They break easy.
I, also have one. It is a fantastic flash. I use it on my digital cameras. We do weddings and it has never failed me yet![/quote]

Thanks again.
Check out CloneDVD. This will burn most movies. This is not a FREE program.
how much do you want for shipping to Tennessee for all the books? Any software for the photoshop programs?
Thanks, Mike H.
I'm retired Air Force. I was stationed in Kunsan AB, Korea from 1966 to 1968, then I went to Vietnam, at Cam Rahn AB from 1968 to 1969. Then to Osan AB, Korea from 1969 to 1972.
Retired in May 1979.
By the way, I really like your car shot.

Here is your picture straightened and lightened a little.
I used Photoshop Elements 9 for the corrections
Much better. Are you using a tripod? The photo seems to be sharp.
Great going.
Elanor. If you are serious about photography, get yourself a tripod. Don't get one that is made out of plastic material. They break a lot. I noticed on your scenic shots that your horizon is not straight. This can be corrected in a photo editor program. Do you have such a program?
However, keep shooting. Take more than one shot of each subject you shoot. They say that film is cheap, but Digital cameras shots are cheaper.

These are not great shots...they are SPLENDID!!! SHOTs.
