You're also going to be close to Deals Gap. Motorcycle heaven.. stand on any corner on US129, and you're sure to get good action shots of motorcycles, and the occasional fall off. 318 turns in eleven miles.. Tail of the Dragon is what they call that section of road. From there just a few miles down the road is 'Fugitive Dam', featured in the movie The Fugitive..

A nice falls I've been to is the Bald River Falls near Tellico Plains. Been there a couple times, and got a few nice pictures of our Corvette and my Harley, with the falls in the background. Not sure if they still allow it or not, but we were able to walk right up on the rocks of the falls.

It happens to me on occasion I just reset the crop and start over, no big deal why worry about it when it is so easily corrected

So you have it all figured out? What causes it?

No, these programs have a lot of 'features' and it's easy to have. Misstep every now and then.

I'd get rid of them personally.

Kind of, though I use Elements (a lot of similar actions), I am unable to duplicate anything close to what you are describing. I do have an option to 'reset Tool' but not sure that would do anything for you. Still puzzled and hope that a Lightroom user can jump in!

Finally there is success! Was on with Nikon Cust Svc for awhile tried 2 different cards & a lot of hmmms from him it finally worked. Walked through what I have been doing & he confirmed everything was correct. Did it with him twice & it finally worked. Glad that it took him so long too, I had followed the instructions to the letter. Thanks everyone for hanging in with me & I can safely say it wasn't me who couldn't follow directions. Again appreciate the help & input.

You've probably already tried this, but just in case, I had a problem for some unknown reason with my original SD card (that later worked).

If you have another SD card you can use, try the following.

1. Insert another card in you camera
2. Format it
3. Shut the camera off
4. Remove the card from the camera
5. Insert the card in the computer
6. Place the .BIN file in the root directory
7. Safely eject the card from the computer
8. Insert the card in the camera
9. Turn the camera on
10. Go to your Menu to FIRMWARE

See if the update option now shows

Interesting. Same brand?

Just tried it again with the Sandisk 64gb, and the file is now recognized as being there by the camera, and will update. Again, Odd!

No, Sandisk Extreme Pro 64gb, and Lexar Professional 32gb.

I have done previous firmware update with the Sandisk though, and both SD cards were formatted in the camera. Odd!
