I like all your hdr images. I have been shooting hdr for a few years now and have not tried single shot processing....are these pics the result of bracketed bursts or are they single shots? The reason I ask is that I noticed or did not notice any motion blur in the photo with people in them or the one with the autos? How are you able to isolate the subjects?

I have to say...I have never heard of the term "Lens Thrash" not sure what you mean...but I have tested the 11-16 side by side with the 12-24 and it is sharper..even at 2.8 at the camera store just have not field tested. Thanks for your input. R

OK...I am going to pick up the lens today...just wanted to see if there was a last minute reason to change my mind...I would still like to see your pics. I am not totally dissatisfied with my 12-24 for landscapes but for interiors the lack of sharpness shows.

Wondering if any one out there has chosen to purchase the Tokina 11-16mm 2.8 dx wide angle lens to replace the Tokina 12-24mm 4.0 dx or to simply use as your primary wide angle lens. I use the 12-24 Tokina for real estate but have learned that the 11-16 may be sharper. Any of your real experience would be helpful. Thanks

If you are shooting nikon get rid of the lens and, if you can afford it, get the nikon 35mm 1.8 DX $200 new....it equals the quality of the $900 17-55 2.8. I tried the 50mm 1.4 and had the same problem. Over sharpening in PS was the last resort and decided it was the lens. In my opinion the lens just does not perform up to professional standards.
