Thanks---I just ordered it. Should arrive next week.
My SB 400 flash just quit working. I used it last week and it was fine. I took out the batteries as usual and put it back in the closet. Yesterday I needed to use it again. I put the batteries back in---it would not turn on. I put in 2 different sets of fresh batteries---same thing. I cleaned the contacts, blew out the battery compartment---same thing. It just won't turn on. (I know the replacement batteries were good--used them in another item). The unit was not dropped or otherwise damaged as far as I know. Does any on have any suggestions a to might be wrong or what i could do to try to fix the problem ? The flash has been discontinued but I like the small size for traveling. Any suggestions for a replacement of similar size, power and features would be appreciated. Thanks-Jerry
Thanks for keeping us informed. I won't even think of dealing with them.
Well said. I agree with you and think the same way.
D90 and D7000 will work just fine on older AF lenses. Actually so will an old 6 mp D50----
18-200 on a Nikon D90. and 18-105 on a Nikon D3300.
As others have said, the D90 was and still is an excellent camera. I bought one when it 1st came out and still happily use it. In fact I recently bought another one with a very low shutter count to use with an 18-200 vr as a grab and go kit. I'm very satisfied. I have 2 newer "more megapixel" bodies, but somehow still find my self using the D90 a lot. It is like an old trustworthy friend that I can depend on.
Wonderful images. Our Yorkie loves number 2 !!!!
I picked up the original version of the 18-200 VR a few months ago to use on my Nikon d7000 and D90. I liked it so much as a walk around lens that I bought another D90 just to keep it on. I am very pleased with the D90 and 18-200 combo and use it instead of the original 18-55. The added length is a great benefit. Hope this helps you decide
New member here, but I am a long time reader of posts. Been a Nikon user for over 40 years, but admit to owning and sometimes using a Panasonic lumix. Started out with the FM/FE series went auto focus with the N8008, switched to digital with a D50, and have the D90 and D7000. ( also used F and F2 in the past) I have a ton of DX and manual focus lenses. No plans to go full frame----Am active in my local camera club----Located in South Florida.
