Your comment is spot on...Thomas is not whining, just stating how things can be when you feel the need to be 1st on the block at time of initial release. Kind of like 1st model year of a clean sheet, car design...unfortunately sometimes burdened with recalls. Just my 2 cents.

Nice composition on both photos. Lighting looks good. Have you considered using fresh fruit in 1st photo ?
Also, a very light misting of water will gloss up the berries in 2nd photo.
