Congratulations, they usually work great. Been running around on mine since Feb 2015. Playing tennis 2-3 times a week. No problem, so enjoy the new part.

Nicely done, thanks for posting. I need to find a more interesting place to walk; I don’t see much in the neighborhood.

I also keep the jpegs for screen saver (yes, self contemplating guy), but *never in the same folder as the RAWs*

Way too dangerous and messy... you keep your negatives neatly in archival storage sheets and your prints in albums to show to you family, don't ya?

I've got a system for the RAWs and another system for the jpegs. They are on separate folders... on separate servers.

They are in a sub folder so separated. For me not dangerous as all are back ip on 3 external drives and not messy in my mind as I know exactly where they are. What ever system that works for you is good.

If I really like the images/topic I make jpegs and keep them in a sub folder with the raw files. I use the jpegs as my screen savers images for a while then rotate to a different set.

Very nice set, I really like the first and third photos. I was only at Glacier once that was on 9/11. It had a somewhat calming influence to what was going on. Not many people there back than.

Easy to love your home with such views. Minus the snow of course.

I Googled "Unzipping Files On A Mac" and that brought up a number of free Zip programs. I did read where it said to double-click but that may only apply if you already have a Zip program installed.

Thanks, I’ll look into that.

I don't know anything about Mac, but with Windows you right click and select "Open With", but, you have to have a Zip program on the computer to open it with. I would guess that Mac has something similar to "Open With", but, you will still need a Zip program.

I'm certainly not too knowledgeable about such things, but I googled how to unzip on a mac and the apple support said just double click on the file. I did that and nothing happened. I'll keep looking.

You need to unzip the zip file and extract the .FIR file, then put it at the root of the camera memory card. Detailed instructions are in other files inside the .ZIP file.

The file does not unzip. I double click on it but nothing happens.
