I have 6 Sandusky memory card for years I’ve shot over 25,000 images with them and never had a failure. Cost is not an issue when you consider the cost of a camera and lens in the chance that you might lose a shot. My D7 50 has two card slots and I always shoot and save to both slots however again I have never had a SanDisk failure stay with the best.
I think it is a focus issue. Read the manual

I dropped my d750 with a Tamron 70-200 f2.8 lens on a volleyball court. The lens hood was scratched and nicked. The expensive lens was unharmed. Another good use for a lens hood. I use a lens hood from the lens manufacturer at all times. Oh, before I get slammed for dropping my camera, I am 82 and got my foot caught in a jacket some lady left along the edge of the court.
You can buy an awesome Mac desktop .Unless you need a laptop go for a desktop 21.5 inch, 8 gb ram and a 1 terrabite solid state hard drive cost about 1400.
Apple can then download all your programs and photos from the cloud for free.
As for creative suite. It’s the best deal at about $10 a month and all upgrades are free
I suggest you contact Nikon and bite the bullet. A Nikon 850 is too great a camera to lose. Besides if you use rice it may work now but when the Pulitzer shot is in your viewfinder it may not work. B&h sells an excellent rain cover for very little.

I have a D750 with 10000+ clicks. It is an awesome camera. The lenses available are endless. I own a Tamron 70-200 f2.8 as an example. I also shoot with a50 mm prime and a Nikon tele.
Go with the tried and tested, Nikon is still making the D750 which proves it’s success and lens makers still make lenses for Nikon full frame cameras.
Why don't you get the trial version of topaz denoise 6 and see if it works for your photos. Do you have a host program like photoshop or Lightroom? I shoot with a d750 so don't have much noise until I get to ISO 1600 or higher, like you I cleaned up older images with denoise. Hope this helps.
