I've had that happen to me on couple occasions and never got my package so the next day I call the company where the package was coming from and told them I never got it but on the website it said delivered and they credited my account with no problem and the driver got some free watch bands, I think since it said watch company on the return address he may have thought it was a watch inside but it was only bands, I don't trust UPS at all.

I use to have those issues, but then I got Spyder monitor calibration 10 years ago and each new upgrade I always get and haven’t had that problem since, calibrate your monitor that’s my suggestion.

I have not idea as to what you are doing, I have the same camera and the exact same lens, I went to Earth Day Jazz Festival in INGLEWOOD CA this past Saturday and shot over 800 images using both those lens and out of 800 there was only 20 that we’re out of focus, the 24-70 is my everyday lens, so in my opinion it’s not the lens nor the camera you need more practice and reading, only my opinion, good luck

I’ve been using it for years I love it but the key is not to over do it when retouching a photo, just a little dab will do it, it’s a great program once you learn how to use it.

I agree with David Pine 500%, I had the exact same thing happen to me and I mean exact same thing and I contacted a company in Irvine California and was told the exact same word for word, but I wasn’t willing to pay thousands of dollars I just took my lose and learned a lesson and now I back up automatically using Apple Time Machine, Data recovery company’s are scam artist cause they know you want your files recovered but the prices they charge is crazy, do yourself a favor, Backup,BACKUP,BACKUP

I upgraded to High Sierra and wish I hadn’t cashes two of my most used programs weren’t compatible and now doesn’t work and for me to upgrade those programs will cost me $280 I been thinking about downgrading back to just Sierra but haven’t done so as of this writing, I now agree with Canon Lee, if it ain’t broke leave it alone wish I did.

I have been doing portrait photography for most of my 18 years of shooting and I never ask them especially women I just do my magic a little of this a little of that and I never remove wrinkles I just touch them up a little, I agree with your wife never ask a lady cause they already know and I usually show them before and after and they always go with the after just do a little touch up not too much. I use the V550 with Sierra and have been using it as far back as Mountain Lion and has never had a issue it’s a great scanner.
