Just because I know, how much ya'll love me here on UH
This little girl was just having fun
I like taking picture of, people taking pictures
I have used Corel 8. Adobe, and right now, I am trying out a free version of ACDSEE. Corel left me underwhelmed. Adobe at 10 dollars a month is a good deal. Ac is 8 dollars a month or you can buy it for $159.00.
I am old, and there are parts of both programs I will probably never understand how to use.
I have been taking the same image and using lightroom and ACDC, I am kind of leaning towards AC. There seems to be more ways tune up a shot. The format is almost easy for someone like me, who has no clue to what all the bell and whistles do. I will say that their magic eraser is simple to use.
I would recommend trying it. It is free, and you can always get rid of it if you do not like it.
I just downloaded a free, for 30 days, copy of ACDSEE Ultimate 2018. It's 159 to buy, or you can pay 9 dollars a month.
I am 63, and photoshop has been a struggle for me. I have tried to watch photoshop tutorials, and after 37 seconds, my eyes glaze over and I start to drool. I have figured out some basic commands in light room.
This new program, seems a little easier to use. Their magic eraser, is a snap to use. With Adobe you have to leave lightroom to get to photoshop. With ACDSEE there are develop and edit programs on the same page. It seems that AC, has more ways to tune up your files. Try it you may like it. I know I do.
I have a 10 frame per second camera. Open mouths, closed eyes are not a problem.
I absolutely hate bracketing. I hate the time it takes to delete all the repetitive files. You can fix the exposure in post production. It is turned off on both my cameras.
Or you can spend some money, and buy a digital light meter. I bought a used Sekonic 308 s, on ebay for a 100 dollars. Less files and it is deadly accurate.
I shoot with "older" cameras. A Canon 1DS and a 1D, both Mark lll's. They fit my needs, are pro bodies and I bought them for less than 10% of the original price. I bought used L lenses, and I will put my shots up against the newest camera of any make. I laugh to myself all the way to the bank.
I use lightroom, lightly. Way too many people, over saturate their shots. Over processed images, boor me. It still amazes me to see older film shots, and the clarity and sharpness than achieved.
So, I do agree it is the person behind the camera.
Another what lens question. I am not bragging, but I am going to go to blah blah blah. A simple answer, all of them. Why in the hell did you buy them in the first place, if your not going to use them?
I like the way it is. Cool shot
They are so good, it is too bad you almost need a sell a arm or leg, to buy a bushel now
I had no idea it was so mountainous there, great shots.
