Sorry for the double post...
Great Comparison Mt... thanks a bunch. Wondering if you have the Nikon on the shelf available for purchase?

Good advice... that would be another nightmare... much appreciation.
Thanks for the quick reply. Should I remove the boxed Lightroom 6 version prior to downloading the CC version?
I read a post yesterday with a similar Lightroom issue. I have been previously using Lightroom 5. I purchased, and loaded the boxed version of Lightroom 6 and experienced problems installing the JF plug-in which allowed me to upload directly to a website I'm trying to get running. As a result I continued using Lightroom 5 because of the ability to upload directly. There were times when I had them both open at the same time, and a few imports were uploaded by the Lightroom 6 version, but I reverted back to Lightroom 5 quickly... meaning that the catalogs didn't appear to be completely sinked.
My question... I work at a school were we have recently purchased Adobe Creative Cloud agreements for our student lab and staff computers. I am about ready to download the Lightroom 6 CC version. After downloading and opening for the first time, will I be able to sink the CC version with the Lightroom 5 catalog? My goal is to work in only one version... I'm no longer concerned about the jf plug-in. Should I remove the previous Lightroom 5, and 6 (boxed versions) from my computer? Worried about confusing things more than I already have... hope this question makes sense. I appreciate any counsel. Thanks in advance...
No problem... I was finally able to find one on the shelf. I ordered it on Sunday and received yesterday. GREAT LENS... you will love it.
Happy Hunting
My comrade mentioned in the earlier post purchased the D810 which offered a savings of roughly $500 along with free shipping.
I agree... a recall, or resell would cause issues. If asked I would recommend to anyone to spend the extra bucks to be SAFE.

I was able to upgrade the firmware on the camera... which I have since sold. If I remember correctly I saved about $85 on the camera.
The lens I purchased is the Sigma 150-600mm sport with a savings of $150 which is good if I do not have any unforeseen cost... which APPEARS that I do not. I have been on two waiting list for the lens for months for the Nikon mount.
I think a man could be happy with that!!!
I ordered a D7000 gray market camera body several years back and had no problems. I have a gray market lens due to arrive today. I was directed to this company by a comrad. I spent roughly a week on the phone with Digital Rev and was informed up front that the factory warranty would not be in effect with my purchase. They replaced it with their own warranty in which I (reportedly) have the option to have it repaired stateside at their expense if it was diagnosed by a reputable service center. It cleared customs at 12:03 this morning with no hiccups... but if custom charges are sent later they will reimburse upon receipt. I also (reportedly) have 30 days to return the lens at their expense if not satisfied.
With all the cautions about gray market items I have been a little nervous during this process but according to fed-ex tracking the lens is arriving ahead of schedule today. I have the perfect opportunity to test the lens on a photo opportunity this next week... thus the reason I took the risk.
Not suggesting anyone else take this risk losing your factory warranty can be scary.
I have also been searching high and low for someone stocking the lens. A couple of days ago I discovered that Digital Rev in Hong Kong has the lens in stock for $1,859.00... has anyone had any experience ordering products from this company?
Great images MT... I've looking for info on the Sigma 150-600 sport. Waiting for someone to get it on the shelf. Appreciate the post.
Thank you all for getting me on the right track. I appreciate the advice... just what I needed. I will now begin the selection process, and how to navigate thru the settings.
Blessed Weekend to all
