My daughter lives at the center of yesterday’s quake. I live about 7-8 miles from her. She felt another aftershock this AM. I did not, but I may have been sleeping.

I live about 5 miles from the center of the quake. We also had another around 6:00 PM. Loud bang, then our building shook for 20 seconds. It was a bit scary but mostly puzzling until the news clarified the cause.

Talk about the "dessert"!! It was almost 110 to 115 daily in the summer months. I lived in El Paso and commuted to WSMR every day. The Army bus was "air cooled". The hour ride back and forth was not much fun. But, we all survived!
