I spent an unpleasant hour at the doctor's today, while he and a nurse tried to get the wax out of my ear. Ordinarily, it's quick and simple. Not today. I was right at my pain limit, when he said the last bit was too far in for him to keep working at.

I think this is going to be a good investment.

OK, but I think a water pistol would do the same a lot cheaper.

But toys/gadgets are fun also.

H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) does it quite well. It was prescribed to my wife and I by our audiologist.

He said to place a few drops in one ear, one at a time, for about 10 minutes. You will hear it bubbling. Dry the ear and do the other one. It works for us.

Maybe the doctors office should have a professional one and know how to use it properly.

Turn the pressure on high and it will shoot the wax on through and out the other ear. LOL!!!

that thingy from Amazon looks tough but doesn't have that much reach and if your doctor said to far to reach then that thingy won't reach either.

I have used that method as well and then the ear bulb to flush it out.
