Yep John they are big and plentyful. They look nice in a photo grouping, but not nice if your pasture is overgrown with them. They double in number every three years, so you really have to keep after their removal.

Regis.....I used to see a lot of these when I was a kid growing up in Louisiana. (60+years ago) Don't know the name, and haven't seen one in decades.

Tivydale Road Fredericksburg.
Church in a small town, in Big Bend Area, where there was mercury mining operations decades ago. Now a somewhat reclaimed ghost town. Some residents there live off the grid.
