However, as real estate prices rise, so does inflation. Inflation has historically been at its highest immediately following the end of a military action. It happened in 1918, 1946, 1973, and now in 2021.

When Trump first dipped his toe into politics he claimed he wasn’t doing it for the money. In fact, he was basically broke the entire time and illegally poured money into his businesses by billing the government for things like accommodations for his secret service agents.
