There is a big difference between "have been" and "could". I have seen no evidence that your "have been" statement is correct.

Regarding your second statement, of course that is correct. But it is likewise correct that unv******ted Americans pose a similar health risk. For instance, as Commissioner Green is well aware, there have been recent measles outbreaks in certain communities in the NYC area where v******tions are scorned for religious reasons. Also posing a risk is those Americans who refuse to be v******ted because they believe v******tions to be harmful.

Wrong again; being unv******ted does pose a risk to others. There are people who can't be v******ted because they are immunoc*********d. Their health is dependent in part on the rest of us being v******ted so herd immunity is developed. Moreover, v*****es are not 100% effective. So, even if you are v******ted there still is a chance that you might catch a disease from an unv******ted person.

But, you are arguing against yourself. If the unv******ted pose so little risk to the v******ted, why are you so concerned about unv******ted immigrants?
