Now you quote the NYC health commissioner who said "a surge of unv******ted migrants to U.S. cities COULD pose a potential health risk, spreading infectious diseases." There is a big difference between "have been" and "could". I have seen no evidence that your "have been" statement is correct.

Regarding your second statement, of course that is correct. But it is likewise correct that unv******ted Americans pose a similar health risk. For instance, as Commissioner Green is well aware, there have been recent measles outbreaks in certain communities in the NYC area where v******tions are scorned for religious reasons. Also posing a risk is those Americans who refuse to be v******ted because they believe v******tions to be harmful.
