Here are a few images taken with the Nikon 17-35mm lens last week in Thailand.

Here's one I took when trying to figure out a new camera back in 2011.

I have both a D3s and a D500. The D3s is better than the D500 in low light and I have no problems when shooting in the venues you mention with the D3s/70-200 2.8 lens. You can find a used or possibly even a refurbished D3s within you budget.

They are all numbered.

Now all we need is to name them.

Who knows maybe Hoffa is in it

He's not - see "I Heard You Paint Houses" by Charles Brandt, former prosecutor and Chief Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware.

For Canon you can't get it from the camera without external software. Or when you get your Canon serviced by Canon, they always give you the shutter count. In all my years of shooting like crazy with Canon and Nikon bodies, I have yet to wear out a shutter. I was talking to this guy who had 210,000 clicks on his 5DII.

Same here, I have yet to have one fail. Last time I saw something on replacing a Nikon D3s shutter it was $240 so no big deal if it would need to be replaced. Other cameras should be similar in cost. More important to me would be other external wear items like lens mounts, covers, bottom plates showing damage that would indicate being dropped or generally rough use.

I have the d3s, which was rated higher than the d4, I'll stick with it

I'm keeping mine, D4's and 5's don't do anything mine can't do

Adorama notified me yesterday they were shipping a D500 to me, but to the wrong address for where I would be when it arrived. I immediately called Customer Service, agreed to the $12 charge to change the shipping location and gave the information to the gentleman. UPS now has notified me that they are shipping the camera to the original location (where no one will be to accept it) and that due to shipping restrictions from the shipper, UPS tells me they cannot change the delivery address unless contacted by Adorama. Of course at this point, Adorama is closed for Passover for a week or so.

Helen, are you out there? Can you help me?

Reminds me Steven Wright of Rockwall, TX CanonT90.com who said he could replace covers on two of my F3T's. Finally got the cameras returned but not the $520.00. I haven't bothered trying to find him lately but he has left his original residence.

Fourth and fifth degree felonies for these crimes show me the government has no interest in stopping it or punishing the people doing it. The banks also seem content with it. The last time it happened to me the detective told me the prosecutor wouldn't take the case unless the theft was over $500 and that they were soon changing the law to make it over $1,000.00. The thief had a record with approximately 15 arrests for identity theft but they didn't have the time or interest to go after him.

Yeah - the article doesn't say much and lacks specifics.

There are certainly cancers that are due to "bad luck" or "bad genetics". You can't worry too much about those.

But do you want to control as much cancer as possible? There are simple rules:

1. Do not smoke.
2. Minimize consumption of grilled and preserved meats.
3. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and berries.
4. If you live in an area with lots of granite in the ground, have your basement and your well water tested for radon and mitigate it if needed.

And that's it! How important are these steps? Studies for decades have shown that smokers who regularly eat broccoli and carrots have about 40% less lung cancer than those who don't regularly eat them. (and no - taking Vitamin A supplements doesn't work!)
Yeah - the article doesn't say much and lacks spec... (show quote)
