Adorama shipping help

Adorama notified me yesterday they were shipping a D500 to me, but to the wrong address for where I would be when it arrived. I immediately called Customer Service, agreed to the $12 charge to change the shipping location and gave the information to the gentleman. UPS now has notified me that they are shipping the camera to the original location (where no one will be to accept it) and that due to shipping restrictions from the shipper, UPS tells me they cannot change the delivery address unless contacted by Adorama. Of course at this point, Adorama is closed for Passover for a week or so.

Rather than broadcasting your problem to the whole world, could you not simply have sent an email or private message to Helen Oster?? None of us here can help you!
