Was this shot with a full frame camera or a crop sensor?

I appreciate the feedback. I was holding out for the Canon 100mm Macro, just for the f2.8. But I have also read some encouraging things about the Sigma 180mm. Unfortunately their lens are a hit and miss as far as build quality. They just seem to rattle apart. NTM the poor lens coat.

Thanks to geclevel for posting the ad, better think about this some more.

Sorry for the late response I have been out of state on business travel. I appreciate the concern with the condition but as the original owner stated it is not from abuse. I am going to pass on the $400 offer at this time. I don't use the lens but I am also not in a hurry to give it away.

That used to be my lens, the older Sigma lenses had a flat paint finish that marred easily and the lens got a little scratched up in the area shown in the images. The lens was otherwise in excellent condition and is really a superior performing lens.... many of the images on my flickr page below were taken with that lens.... truly an amazing lens, had I not just purchased a new one I would buy that one back in a heartbeat and would have done so before the price reduction.

Thank you for the response for to this questions. The lens is really amazing and no signs of abuse.

Open mail program. Top left menu choose Mail -> Preferences. On new window that pops up choose Accounts tab. There will be a fillable field called Full Name. Enter Tommy there and your wish will be granted.

To me the lighting looks odd. The dog is highly illuminated on one side and the models hair is unevenly illuminated on the opposite side. Almost looks like a spotlight on the models hair.

These will only work if you deleted your photos from your card. If you did a format then you are probably out of luck. A delete erases the image but leaves behind information until you take photos over the top of the storage space. A format erases the image then writes ones and zeros over the storage space.

I agree, these are some nice shots. I prefer the last shot especially because of the angle this was shot from.

Before I get asked what engine oil do I recommend, here is my response....open your owners manual and look in the engine oil section...it says specifically the quality level and the viscosity grade that is recommended for your vehicle. The car companies and engine manufacturers don't make these recommendations lightly. So if you want to maximize the life of your engine, follow the direction in the owners manual.

Excellent recommendation. Also follow the recommendations for frequency of oil changes. You will be amazed how much longer your engine will last with the proper oil changes.
Now for my $.02 on oil brand. Stay away from Pennziol because it crystalizes on and leaves heavy buildup. The only way I would recommend Pennzoil is to change every 3000 miles and don't use in high heat areas.

Welcome to the site Doug. The people on this site have helped me "un-suck" some of my photos. Look forward to seeing some of your shots.
