Private prisons are quiet the racket. Most states use private companies to run them. Example a company I think it was arms core, They got a 30 million contract to make military helmets . when tested most helmets failed, turns out the inmates did not have the proper equipment for the job. so we tax payers lost 30 million. A new contract was awarded want guess who got the new contract , you got it arms core. Seems to me The US government rewards failure , like the planes, ships. We pay a lot of taxes for a lot of failure.

have had pay pal for years knock on wood have never had a problem, strange how many people on a small site have had problems. I here some stories here that was not a pay pal problem.
