How I love my Christmas Tree...each ornament holds the memories of a lifetime of Christmas'. How precious these memories are...I had one of year of "empty Christmas tree nest" I had given each my children all of their ornaments so that "home" would always be with them wherever they lived at Christmas time.

We had 2 trees once upon a time. A Santa tree downstairs where all the children's homemade ornaments lived, and the family tree upstairs where the pine needles would fall and short out the trains faithfully...

AutoGal you are halfway there. Once you have your note, look down to the "choose file" click on that. Search for your photo "open" the photo, the name of the photo will appear next to the "Choose File" button. You will see instructions in Red below the "Choose File". Click the "add attachment" If you want a full screen photo check the (store original)box. Last step is to tap the "Send" button.

I put the files I want to share on my desk top so they are easy to find.

Hope this helps.

I had a messenger bag and I found it very heavy on my shoulder. So I bought a bag on wheels and it is perfect for my 2 cameras, lens and an Ipad. I use the camera protection inserts from the messenger bag. Works perfectly for me.

Just a suggestion...cause I do find camera equipment heavy...https://www.amazon.com/Samsonite-Wheeled-Underseater-Small-Black/dp/B00F9KE5UC/ref=sr_1_13?ie=UTF8&qid=1481811106&sr=8-13&keywords=Bag+on+wheels

I have had the Panasonic ZS100 for about a year now and use it for travel and to just to have a small camera with me. The reviews will tell you that the range is excellent, but, photos will be a little soft. I have not found that to be true. I have taken some awesome shots with this camera in France and just locally.

I would advise buying it and trying it out...you can always return it if unhappy.

Just a few simple words.....if I failed a great shot and i got it in raw....I can perhaps salvage a "possibility."

RAW is a "possibility" ...of taking a photo that means something to you and hopefully making it better cause you did not know what all those dials were on you camera...ya know??? The only meaningful photo taken "as best as you could with your newest camera, that you still do not know how to handle....is shoot raw.......and learn the possibilities!!!!!

Life is a possibility.......

To all the Grandpas and Grannies who want to buy cameras for their little grandchildren.....a small word to the wise.....

Make sure with the little ones 3 and up that whatever fun camera you get that u teach them to immediately put the wrist strap on! No pic taking until the wrist strap is on!! I bought a bunch of them. Cheap digital cameras from shopgoodwill often do not come with them.

My grand kids 3 -6 love taking photos! I print out their photos and they have their own little albums.

"Oh look!!! You took a fine photo of grandpa's nose"!!!

Hi Dqusty3,

I too, have the D7100 which I love but, did not want to take it with me to France for a family wedding and some "snapshots" of Paris. I truly spend a lot of time researching and bought the (what I call expensive) Panasonic Lumix ZS 100 (it shoots raw) and I LOVE IT!!!

It is always difficult to buy the "best" camera....as all reviews have pros and cons...and everyone has different expections, but, I am extremely happy with this little "throw in my bag" and go camera.

Yes, I do photography and I do "snapshots" and sometimes, I can actually get a "photograph" outta of a "snapshot"...

Get the best you can afford...and let us know what you decide on.

Hi Jerry,

Just take your Keurig back to Bed Bath and Beyond....(even if you did not buy it there - they will take it back) and if you do not have a receipt, they will allow you to buy a new one and charge you approx. 20 or 25% of the cost of the new coffee maker you choose. I am on my second in the last 3 years...so you are way ahead of the game. I did not have to pay cause I had my receipt. Hope this is of help.

Do you have the German-language manual as well? If not download that pdf.
Then open both files to the same page (any page) and see if they look similar (a page with pictures would be easiest to compare). If they are, go to the appropriate page in the English-language manual, then open the German to the same page, and see if that way you can make sense of it.

(I did this a long time ago with a Dutch- and English-language manual because I wanted my brother to look at a specific article and his knowledge of English is next to non-existent, but it worked).

Thank YOU everyone for all of your kind answers. I got it. By George, I got ENGLISH!! Pressed all those little bottoms, and finally a little banner on the top asked in English if I would like to reset all. What a joy to finally understand. Hope you all have a fine shoot day!!

Even though you don't read German the steps will be the same as before. Use the manual for a visual step by step pressing the appropriate buttons to get to the language screen. Now, simply look for the EN entry and press that.

Or remove the batteries, regular and system, then replace to reset the camera to a base configuration. Then start the set up all over.

You should be good to go from here. If not, with a little help from Rosetta Stone you should be able to learn German in no time.

I feel so stupid....I went to the Panasonic site and this is what they say:

'How do I change the language on my camera?
The Language option can be found in the set-up menu of the camera. This is the spanner icon in the record mode menu.

Make sure that the camera is not in IA mode when accessing the set-up menu as not all the options are displayed.'

I have done that, but, all is in German and even with Google Translate, I can not get to change the language. I have taken the battery out, but, I knew that that would not change the language. UGH!!

I am afraid of pressing too many buttons, but, I can do a "reset" once I can get to English!! if I ever do!!

I thank all of you for your patience with me...
