I have seem similar mountainous waves from Lake Superior, too. At the same tine that the Edmund Fitzgerald went down, there was a story about 'salty' skipper remarking "its only a lake" and setting off on a stormy day from the east entry port on Supeior, with all that salt experience, and then pulling back to that port ashen-faced. The Great Lakes are 'great' for a reason.

Good idea, tried that and got the name. "Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition." The Merry Macs pulled #8 on the 1942 Hit Parade and Kay Kyser got #1 in 1943. I got it somewhere. Bet YouTube has lots of versions.

HELP! getting a slightly longer lens into a Football Game

What is the chance that a team has an 'exclusive' contract with some company that does 'public relations' photography/video of the game. Are player uniform design copyrighted - photos of such could be used for bootleg shirts, etc.
