I use IDrive. Intro price is very cheap and you can store up to 5 Terabytes. It is a cloud backup
A little off the subject, but the Science Channel has a whole show on how the Chernobyl reactor building has been encapsulated with a huge stainless steel dome with robotic tools that will deconstruct the building over a 100 year period.
Chernobyl is in Ukraine. My younger son and daughter in law spent 2 years in the Peace Corp in Ukraine and visited it. Highly unlikely there would be any radiation problem!
You have a copyright claim automatically on anything you produce that is yours. there is no need to register it.
You can send your own cease and desist letter first. There are great examples on the Internet. I am a lawyer and I agree that the cost of hiring one may be prohibitive. I would start with my own first. I would send it with some sort of record of delivery.
This may sound obvious, but make sure the flash is properly seated and connections are good.

Remember that if you get a 4k monitor and your graphics card does not support it, you will one that does. and that could double the price of the purchase. MY kids got me a 4k monitor for about $500 and then I had to get a new graphics card that also cost nearly $500. So be aware.
I think it is boilerplate language to protect the photographer is someone intrudes. I would ask your nephew to ask the photographer about this and get a specific explanation of the somewhat ambiguous language.
I don't think that happens when you shoot raw. Look, I was just passing on info I had seen. I am not necessarily an advocate. I agree... The power of post processing is enormous.
Even though this is not a protective filter, some people use a magenta filter for sunset photogrraphy.
Someone must be sleepwalking!
I have a used D7000 with about 10k shutter count and an 18-200 Nikon VR 1 lens I would sell. Both are in excellent condition.
I have been to the Atlanta BG several times and have not encountered any restrictions, other than not walking in the plant beds. However, there are both outdoor and indoor plants. The indoor plants can be a challenge due to the lower light.
I bought it but haven't used it enough to give a real opinion. However, it does not always work like they show in the ad. Some erasures require a bit of fine tuning.
