I've seen this advertised on Facebook and wondered if anyone had used it and what their impressions were -
I was primarily interested in the eraser/background removing of objects that looked good from their examples and it seemed very reasonably priced.
Also does it work on Raw files? - they only seem to mention jpegs, BMP etc in their advertising material.

Some UHH have been happy with Inpixio, but a growing number of others report problems loading it, registering it or getting a refund if requested. It appears to not work with Apple Mac or iOS. Buyer beware.

I have seen the same ads. Being intrigued, I inquired on this platform and was directed to several previous discussions about it. There were some favorable comments but by and large the reactions were negative. After taking all of it into consideration I decided to pass. I have several free programs that do just fine so I don't need the problems that inPixio seems to have.
Thank you very much For the information.
Most helpful.
I will investigate those links and definitely try a free demo before committing any cash!

I use Inpixio 9 for its erase function. On smaller areas ir is very quick, seamless and does exactly or better than my intent. I use the lasso to outline the area. I have used the cutout a few times and that is better than okay. All in all worth every penny not to mess with PS and masks. (i know, its just my dyslexia about the mask concept)insofar as the photo editing portions, i prefer LR. Heavy duty editing I use Inpixio, various Franzis products and Aurora. I should mention that I received a free upgrade from Inpixio 8 to 9. Yty the program, parts are very useable others are not worth messing with unless it fits into your work flow.
I bought it but haven't used it enough to give a real opinion. However, it does not always work like they show in the ad. Some erasures require a bit of fine tuning.
I tried the demo version (downloadable from Inpixio's website) and was generally unimpressed. All the basic functions are there, but there are freeware programs which offer the user greater editing flexibility.
